Q: What Is 24 Hour Rule?
A: We allow our customers to edit and cancel their pre-orders within 24 hours by sending us a private message on our Facebook page https://bit.ly/37kmvsJ or send an email to shajohobby.s@gmail.com. NOTE: Cancellation of any pre-order on our website after 24 hours is not allowed since we're forwarding the down payment to the distributor or manufacturer. Furthermore, 24 hour rule won't be applicable if you process the down payment 2 days before the pre-order deadline/due date
Q: Can I Cancel Or Edit My Pre-Order?
A: For pre-orders on our website, we can only process refunds or edit the order within 24 hours. If you believe there's a mistake with your order and would like to edit/cancel it, please make sure to send us a private message on our Facebook page https://bit.ly/37kmvsJ or send an email to shajohobby.s@gmail.com. Any cancellation/request to edit after 24 hours will not be accepted

Q: Can We Request For Refund To Our Down Payment After A Couple Of Days?
A: Deposit for pre-order is not refundable after 24 hour rule. We cannot refund the deposit amount since we are forwarding it to the manufacturer/distributor
Q: I Have Received Your Notification That My Pre-Order Arrived. How Many Days Can I Process The Payment For The Remaining Balance?
A: We allow our customers to process the remaining balance within 7 days
Q: What Will Happen To My Pre-Order That Arrived On Your Location If I Don't Process The Remaining Balance On Time?

Q: Do You Ship Outside Metro Manila?
A: Yes. We're usually using J&T Express, but you may request for your preferred courier as well.
Q: Can We Arrange The Pick Up Of Our Package?

- The item you ordered is no longer available in our inventory.
- Your order was processed after the pre-order deadline.
