Unboxing Video Requirement: Customers are required to record an unboxing video of the product upon receiving it. This video will be utilized for quality assurance purposes and to ensure the accurate condition of the product at the time of receipt.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and handling costs.

  • Returns for scale figures and model kits are subject to approval.
  • Customers seeking to return products within these categories may be required to provide additional information for approval.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Await further instructions and approval, if applicable.
  4. Ship the product back in its original packaging, including all accessories.

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment, minus the restocking fee and any applicable charges. We can also refund the amount via Gcash, Maya, or BPI.
